Bill regulating medical marijuana shops passes Oregon Senate

The Oregon Senate on Wednesday passed a bill legalizing medical marijuana retail establishments.

HB 3460 would create a registry of businesses that sell medical marijuana. Patients have long sought retail access to medical cannabis, arguing the state’s rules – grow your own marijuana or have someone do it for you – are unrealistic.

some good news for Oregon residents, hopefully this becomes a reality in even more states sooner than later
