Men’s Warehouse Founder Has Been Blazing Buds for 50 Years

Who says stoners don’t have style? 68-year-old founder and former CEO of Men’s Warehouse George Zimmer told Business Insider that he’s been smoking joints since he was an 18-year-old college student.

Interestingly, Zimmer also notes that he was fired from the company he started “over differences with the company’s board”–because, like many stoners, he was never afraid to say what was on his mind. Nonetheless, Zimmer remains a staunch supporter for daily cannabis use, adding that he’s once smoked six joints in an hour (the horror!).

Zimmer speaks truth about weed:

“The fact is — and I mean the scientific fact — [marijuana] is less toxic and dangerous than cigarettes and alcohol, which are the main drugs in the United States,” Zimmer said. [Business Insider]

Now, Zimmer is at the helm of a tuxedo rental company called “Generation Tux.” So if you’re in the market for a prom or wedding tux…you know where to shop!
